3rd Annual Crab Feed and Dessert Auction
February 2, 2017

Curtis Hall
$50/ person; $450/ table
Includes: Mixed green salad, beer bread, pasta, and Dungeness Crab
Entertainment by Sac Prep Music Academy
Dessert Auction to follow
Proceeds benefit Sierra 2 Center and McClatchy academic clubs

Spring Egg Hunt

Sierra 2 Center
The egg hunt is held annually in March or April at Sierra 2. This free event includes activities such as a pajama parade, bag decorating and pictures with the Bunny. The egg hunt is divided into three age groups so that all children have the opportunity to search for eggs. Photos with the Easter Bunny are 5x7 and cost $5 (cash only please).

  

Home & Garden Tour

The Home & Garden Tour held annually in April is one of SCNA’s largest fundraising activities. Each year several homes in the Curtis Park neighborhood open their doors to the public. The featured houses honor the pre-war built neighborhood, which include bungalow, Spanish revival, Tudor and  Storybook style homes. Live music, food trucks, and information booths located at William Curtis Park.


  

Neighborhood Yard Sale
May 20, 2017
Held annually in May, the Neighborhood Yard Sale was established in 2007. SCNA advertises the event in the Sacramento Bee, Viewpoint, Craig's List, Facebook, Twitter and other community news outlets including e-mail announcements.

Held the last Sunday of June, July and August, Music in the Park is a free summer concert series at the north end of Curtis Park. This annual event is the perfect time to relax with your family, friends and neighbors. With a blanket and picnic basket you can enjoy the music in a wonderful outdoor venue. Curtis Fest Artisan Festival in the Park

Curtis Fest was established in 2007 to give local artists a venue to exhibit and sell their work. The event often draws over 50 fine artists, photographers and crafters. This free event also has musicians, food trucks, a petting zoo and a children's fairy for the kids. 

 

Curtis Park Wine Tasting & Silent Auction
October 14, 2017

Sierra 2 Center
The 27th Annual Curtis Park Wine Tasting, Silent Auction & Beer Garden, one of SCNA’s largest fundraisers, brings local wineries, breweries and restaurants to Sierra 2 Center for tastings. Attendees enjoy delicious food and beverages along with the exciting silent auction and raffle drawings. Items available for bid include original art, spa packages, beach rentals, dance lessons and much more. 

Holiday Craft Fair
December 9, 2017
9am - 2pm
Curtis Hall

Support local artisans, makers, and crafters from the greater Sacramento region. The Craft Fair features an intimate group of hand-picked vendors with everything from handmade jewelry, soaps, ceramics, fiber arts, items for the home and garden, and much more. This is a great opportunity to find unique gifts and personal treasures for you and your loved ones. Enjoy festive food & drinks and raffle prizes. All proceeds benefit the Sierra 2 Center programs.
