Viewpoint
The Viewpoint is the monthly newspaper for Curtis Park, published since 1979. The paper is written, edited and delivered by volunteers, and is funded by the Sierra Curtis Neighborhood Association and advertisements. If you live within the SCNA boundaries, you should receive the Viewpoint near the first of the month.
News in the Viewpoint often comes from neighbors' suggestions. If you have a story idea, please feel free to submit it here. We look for what's new in the neighborhood, who took an unusual vacation or won an award, who does unusual work, who volunteers to make our lives here better and so on. We also appreciate receiving pictures to go with story ideas.
When submitting an idea, please include you full name, address and phone number. These are for verification, not for publication. Please understand that we are unable to use all the ideas we receive. Also, if you are interested in working on the Viewpoint, please let us know.
You can read recent Viewpoints online by clicking on the images below. Free copies are also available at the Sierra 2 office at 2791 24th Street.
