Fall Prevention: Flex, Stretch and Balance

An event every week that begins at 11:30am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely
Movements to guide you through proper body alignment, balance and breathing. Low impact class. Wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Exercises are both seated and standing.
This is a Senior Center Class.
4 classes: $20
8 classes: $35

Tuesday’s class is in Room 12; Thursday’s in Room 11.
