This class is for dancers and non-dancers. It is an excellent opportunity to work on strength and flexibility in a ballet way. Floor Barre is a great way to warm up before or cool down after a ballet class…or simply for overall stretching and toning. You can still get your ‘ballet fix’ even if a traditional class (standing at the barre) is not do-able.
Fee: $60 per calendar month, no drop-ins.
Bring a yoga mat or large towel to class.
