A yoga class structured around rejuvenating and healing the body. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, chairs and straps are used for safe practice and to allow the body to fully achieve positions comfortably. Movements are slow paced and focused on stretching all muscle groups to release stress and tension. Floor work is optional.
This is a Senior Center class, designed for older adults, and takes place in Room 12.
$10/Drop-Ins; $30/4-classes; $60/8-classes
