A Healthy and Flexible Spine Equals a Healthy Body! This new class is for anyone wanting to keep their spine healthy, recover from chronic back pain or injury and avoid future pain. Using yoga-inspired stretches, this class will help strengthen core muscles, increase flexibility, improve your posture, and relax the muscles around the spine. Healthy Back is suitable for most fitness levels. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. A mat and thick towel is needed.
Instructor Pat Shaw also teaches Fall Prevention and Gentle Yoga with the Senior Center. All of her classes improve stability, balance, and flexibility!
