Join Heera Kulkarni for a monthly guided meditation session, following Yoga + You on the 4th Tuesdays of each month. With this guided meditation class, you’ll learn and experience mindfulness in order to achieve a state of mental calm, increased focus & memory, and reduced stress. Meditation can lead to a better quality of life. At the end of the short meditation session, the participants will engage in Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep for deep relaxation. This gentle yoga will rejuvenate & heal your body, while re-wiring your brain for greater mental and emotional balance and resiliency.
Bring a yoga mat & a pillow for meditation to class.
Mindful Meditation occurs right after Yoga + You (with a 10 minute break).
