Learn the dances of Hawaii, New Zealand, Samoa, and Tahiti. Dancers of all ages and experience levels are welcome. Hula:  Students learn ancient and modern forms of Hawaiian dance, basic olelo (language), and gain an appreciation for Hawaiian culture. Students learn hulas within their historical context, develop an ear for the Hawaiian language via Hawaiian dance vocabulary and lyric translation, incorporate the use of hula implements(uli ulis, pu'ili sticks, ipu, ili ilis, etc), increase all around fitness level and flexibility, and share the spirit of aloha with…
