“The Room” Benefit Screening

February 9 @ 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

$15 – $20

The 2018 Golden Globe nominated film, The Disaster Artist, features a portrayal of Tommy Wiseau, the writer, director and star of The Room. Curious about what this cult film is all about? Come see for yourself! Sacramento Horror Film Festival Founder and Director, Tim Meunier, brings this film to the 24th St Theatre as a benefit showing for the fundraising campaign to restore the theater.

Just like The Rocky Horror Picture Show, fans interact with the film; audience members dress up as their favorite characters, toss small footballs to each other, yell insulting comments about the film, recite lines and throw plastic spoons. This screening will have an MC and a costume contest. No pressure to participate, just come enjoy the experience and support our theater!

Doors: 7 p.m. Film: 8 p.m.
The film is rated R and for Mature Audiences Only.

Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door.

Advanced ticket sales have closed online & in the office.
Tickets are available at the door at 7pm.

Ticket sales are final.  No refunds or exchanges.
