Boost your balance and prevent falls by practicing the ancient Chinese form of exercise, Tai Chi, with instructor Michael Shane. This low-impact practice works to focus the mind on slow movement to reduce stress and produce mental calm, while deep breathing and standing meditation refocus consciousness and restore energy and physical balance.
Monday’s Tai Chi classes are intended for Beginners and meets in Room 12. Intermediate classes are offered right after the beginning one at 11am.
