A great place to start when you need to start to exercise! Only 8 moves, 8 counts, and I’ll walk you through it step-by-step. If you can count, you can do this! Men, women, teens – everyone is welcome! We will dabble in all types of music – Country, old school Funk, classic Rock, disco – you name it! Come join me for some healthy, sweaty fun – taught at a pace you can actually do, no matter how out of shape you think you are. Come on – YouGotThis!
