This class is for dancers and non-dancers. It is an excellent opportunity to work on strength and flexibility in a ballet way. Floor Barre is a great way to warm up before or cool down after a ballet class...or simply for overall stretching and toning. Tai Chi is a meditative art of internal power generation! We will learn the 37 posture Tai Chi short form derived from the Yang style. This class is for beginners, but those experienced in movement are encouraged to come too.
