This is a fun and high-energy dance class! Learn the traditional dances of West Africa taught by professional dance instructors from Senegal and Guinea. Classes feature live drumming and are accessible for nearly all ages and ability levels. This is a great way to stay in shape while learning some amazing dance skills. Classes are held on Sundays in Studio 3 from noon-1:30.
