Polynesian fitness workout, Hot Hula

Hot Hula fitness is a new, fun dance workout that provides total body toning by isolating larger muscle groups and working core muscles. Inspired by the dances of the Pacific Islands, the routine incorporates easy to perform dance movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drum beats fused with funky Reggae music, resulting in a modern, hip fitness workout. All ages and fitness levels will enjoy sweating away the calories.

Two classes are offered every Friday night, one from 7-8 p.m. and one from 8-9 p.m. in Studio 2. Pre-registration is required; the class fee is $10. To register, contact OhanaFiit Plus at 595-3765 or ohanafiit@gmail.com.
